Emergency? Call 0330 520 1963Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is the modern alternative to drain excavation — restoring structural integrity, flow capacity, and watertightness to damaged drain pipes from existing access points, without disturbing gardens, driveways, or structures above. We install flexible liners impregnated with structural resin that are cured in place to form a new, smooth pipe within the existing pipe. The cured liner bonds permanently to the host pipe and spans cracks, gaps, and defects across the full pipe section. CIPP lining is available for pipes from 75mm to 600mm diameter, with a designed service life of 50+ years. We also carry out UV curing, spray lining (epoxy-based), patch lining, and robotic cutting for liner preparation.
A full CCTV survey establishes the pipe condition, measures the section to be lined, and confirms CIPP is appropriate for the defects present.
High-pressure jetting cleans the pipe walls thoroughly — a clean surface is essential for resin bond strength.
The resin-impregnated liner is installed through the existing access chamber using inversion or pull-in method.
The liner is cured to full strength, connections are reinstated by robotic cutter, and a post-install CCTV confirms a complete installation.
We'll call you within the hour to confirm.
